• Questions about how the catalog is put together, answered on how we choose.

What we cannot help with

Anything attached to an order. This site does not sell shoes, does not take payment and never sees an order number, so it cannot look one up. Delivery dates, tracking, exchanges, refunds and payment problems are all handled by the store you bought from, and only that store can act on them. The ordering and delivery page explains how that split works.

We also cannot pass a message to the brand. There is no relationship between this catalog and TOP Moda beyond the public specifications it publishes.

Corrections

If you own a pair and something on its page does not match it, tell us which page and what is wrong. Corrections of that kind are the most useful mail this site gets, and they are made the same week.
